Please draw your attention to the following terms and conditions which you must read and understand prior to using the Blue Reef Mini Ramp or partaking in any other activity. You further accept that you have had the opportunity to seek clarification or advice from Blue Reef on any of the following points of information:

Terms & Conditions

  • Respect other riders by riding responsibility within your limits and DO NOT remove or rearrange any obstacles or ramps without permission from a staff member

  • Show patience when riding with beginners as we all had to start somewhere

  • Using the skatepark outside of permitted times or without permission is treated as trespassing and those caught will be removed from the site and subject to an instant ban

  • Upon arrival, you agree to make sure the staff on site confirm that you have signed a waiver before the use of any equipment.

  • Your equipment is your responsibility. Leave your equipment/ personal belongings at your own risk.

  • Blue Reef Ltd DO NOT accept any responsibility for loss or damage to your own personal equipment or belongings.

  • There is no excuse for abuse to any staff, rider or visitor (verbal and physical) and if you do display such behaviour you will be asked to leave.

  • Any person(s) who is visibly intoxicated shall not be permitted to participate in, or supervise any activities at any time

  • Helmets must be worn by all participants under 16 years old and Blue Reef Ltd also recommend that all participants, regardless of age, skill level and experience, for you to wear personal safety equipment. If you engage in the activities without a protective helmet then you do so at your own risk.

  • No skate wax of any kind is to be used on the mini ramp

  • Blue Reef Ltd reserve the rights to refuse use of the ramp

  • No graffiti on the ramp unless commissioned by Blue Reef Ltd

  • All accidents to be reported to members of Blue Reef Ltd

  • Any damage to the ramps or property needs to be reported to Blue Reef Ltd

  • All bar ends to have caps on the reduced the possibility of damage to rider, visitor or ramps

  • The minimum age to participate is 3 years old.

  • All under 12 year olds should be supervised by a suitable guardian/parent. It is your responsibility to ensure that your equipment is in good working order.

  • No food or drink may be consumed on the mini ramp.

  • Spectators must not enter the mini ramp area. There is a viewing area and a seating area available.

  • Participants will not be directly supervised by an instructor. Parking facilities are available at this site and any vehicles are left at their owner's risk.

  • Safety rules are displayed on our mini ramp and outside our shop - you must read these adhere to these before riding the ramp and abide the rules at all times whilst on the ramp

Acknowledgement of Risk

  • I am aware that skateboarding, BMX riding, in-line skating, scooting, and other related sports are physical activities and I have sought medical advice for any ailments which may put me at risk. I therefore agree to participate at my own risk.

  • I have read fully the terms and conditions and agree to abide and I will follow all instructions given to me by any member of Blue Reef Ltd.

  • I accept that all sports carried out in the skate park, community or designated areas can be extremely dangerous and may result in injury or even death.

  • I consent to any emergency medical/first aid treatment necessary during the course of the activity.

Filming and Photography

  • Filming and photography is an integral part of skateboarding and other activities and is permitted at Blue Reef Ltd.

  • By signing and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are agreeing that you and your child can be filmed whilst undertaking activities at Blue Reef Ltd and the footage may be used for publicity, online media and on social media channels.
